Extensive Facility

No expense has been spared to obtain the tools needed for the demanding requirements of piano restoration. Our expansive facility is uncompromised for precise manufacturing equipment for custom work:

  • a large 10' sliding table saw (panel saw) used to make accurate cuts for re-production of soundboards and pinblocks.
  • woodworking machinery like planer, sander
  • lathe and milling machine to enable us to duplicate required parts to the same standards and dimensions as the original piece, to modify available replacement parts to the specific piano's requirement.

Background:
As a Piano manufacturer, consult The Pierce Piano Atlas, under Rösch Pianos, formerly Lesage brand manufacturers.

As former piano manufacturers, we are referred to by name in The Piano Book by Larry Fine.

Custom  Quality

Many parts that are required in our restorations are manufactured completely from scratch. Whether it is the hammers, the keys or a complete new sounding board, we can provide a finished product that is, in many cases, superior to the original item.
